Treasury Analyst

This professional will be an integral member of Investure’s Accounting and Treasury team. Reporting to the Treasury Associate, this position will perform various accounting and operational responsibilities related to Investure Funds and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to get things done well. Cultural fit, humility, and willingness to learn are imperative.

Essential Functions

Responsible for supporting the Accounting and Treasury team with various tasks including but not limited to the below:

Accounting Operations

  • Track and input daily transactions and work closely with the Accounting and Treasury and other Investure teams as well as external third-parties to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Reconcile daily cash balances with custodians, fund administrators, counter-parties, and other third-party sources of data
  • Assist with trade settlement for equities, bonds, and derivatives and deliver accurate reporting on trade activity
  • Plan for the liquidity needs of Investure funds and clients on a short-term and long-term basis
  • Maintain a variety of custodial and brokerage accounts
  • Prepare compliance and regulatory reports on a recurring basis
  • Consistently meet daily deadlines to publish cash balances and transactions

Transaction Processing

  • Prepare, submit, manage, and ensure accuracy of wire transactions through Investure’s external bank wiring application
  • Assist with the execution of transactions by preparing appropriate transaction documents, letters of authorization, and support documentation; ensure documents are distributed to appropriate parties and saved in the document management tool
  • Support the preparation of cash projections and other cash reporting


  • Accountable for identifying and escalating any relevant concerns or issues
  • Deliver on time and error-free outputs as requested and required
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and external partners 

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics
  • Proficient using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism
