Oliver Platts-Mills joined Investure in August 2008. Prior to joining Investure, Oliver was a research analyst for the Center for Risk Management of Engineering Systems at UVA.

Oliver earned his BA in Environmental Science from Wesleyan University in 2001 and is finalizing course work for his MS in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
